  • King of the ocean helped Rama form a bridge to cross the ocean to get to Lanka
  • Ravana tried tricking Sita into thinking Rama was dead
  • Ravanas son Indra fights the monkey Rama 
  • Rakshasas wake Ravanas demon brother and send him towards the monkey army
  • Indra enters the battle and killed a lot of monkeys but they were being healed by the herbs released when Hanuman threw the mountain 
  • Indra like his father can create illusions, so he tries to trick Rama into thinking Sita is dead
  • Lakshmana kills Indra and Ravana gets revenge by attacking Laksh. And stabbing him in the heart
  • Lakshmana was healed and rescued by Hanu
  • A sage named Aga appeared and told Rama how Ravana could be defeated
  • Rama shot one of Ravanas heads off but another grew back
  • Rama used the celestial flaming weapon he obtained from Brahma and killed Ravana
  • After the battle, Rama and Sita face another hardship
  • Rama believes that Ravana has tainted Sita and that she should marry someone else
  • In order to prove her loyalty, she calls on the fire god to test her
  • The fire god Agni confirmed her loyalty to Rama and he reclaims his bride
  • Rama returns to his brother Bharata who claimed he would kill himself if Rama had not returned within fourteen years
  • Rama, at last, had been crowned king
  • People were worried about Sita's loyalty and so Rama banished his wife
  • Sita later gave birth to two sons
  • After 16 years Rama seeks out Sita and runs into Lava and Kusha
  • The two boys told the tale of Rama and Sita confessed her love to him
  • A throne arose from the ground and the earth welcomed her and sunk the throne into the ground 
  • The gods cried out in praise of Sita 
  • Indra had returned to his own city
  • Rama was extremely sad and set out to follow the same path of Indra (heaven)
